At Babbling Zen, we offer guided meditation, silent meditation, sound meditation, movement meditation and reflections to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge.Our zendo is a radically-inclusive space, open to everyone seeking calm, inspiration, and mindful connection.We especially welcome those of you actively working to make the world more welcoming to all, who need to recharge so they can keep going.

I’m Casey — a meditation practitioner with a background in philosophy, neuroscience, and leadership.I hold spaces where meditation, sound, and movement help you reconnect with you natural sense of wonder and belonging.This isn’t about escaping life or “clearing your mind.”It’s about learning how to sit with things as they are, and finding clarity within that.
